Mode and Maudie Costner

Double cousin Lois Gore sent this as a mystery photo but double cousin James Keith Head and triple cousin Cathy Stone both identified it as Moses Amariah and Maudie Costner.

This is my mother's Uncle Mode and Aunt Maudie. They are Kevin Costner's great grandparents.

Mode is a handsomer man than his younger brother Gene, I admit.

It's always a wonder when the older generations look, well, like normal folks.
