1963, Second Avenue, a ways north of St. Mark's Place, east side of the street, not a theater but a store, a long narrow room, a dozen or two people in folding chairs, on a Sunday afternoon, for almost no money, what I remember as The Tiger and the Typist but which must have been The Typists and the Tiger. Delight, on the cheap. The two actors seemed to like to work together. I'll bet they did.
