Toro is a block of new houses ($1,500,000 and up) above the bluff at the north end of Morro Bay. The lots are very skinny but longish. Nothing except the beach separates these houses from the Pacific Ocean. Today out for the trash pickup is a Home Depot box with the price on it, $239. Someone on Toro has the first window air conditioner ever installed in Morro Bay.
